Welcome to Twin Ponds! For many years it has been my dream of starting an RV park to encourage RV’ers and their traveling families to interact and share their love of the outdoors. In 2021 my husband and I purchased an old motor home and renovated it. We traveled from our home here in the South to visit family in the Midwest and got a feel for the RV park accommodations that were out there. Some sites were affordable but had limited utilities. Many sites had beautiful views, full utilities, but charged you almost as much as a regular hotel room. All the sites had many amenities with one thing in common, every RV was parked so close together, it did not allow for much room to feel like you could experience being outdoors. 

I got first-hand experience as an RV’er when I took a job for 18 months, that was several hours from my home. It gave me a real appreciation for the atmosphere generated when you spend an extended time living the RV life.  Inside my RV, I felt comfort, but outside it did not feel like home.  In February 2022 I woke up and said to my husband, “I’d like to open an RV park”. This property is a labor of love from my husband. From that day until now we have worked together to develop a travel accommodation we would be proud to invite family, friends, and community to experience. 

Our property is located in southeast Georgia just outside of the city of Jesup. We provide full utility hookups (50, 30, and 20 amp services), Wi-Fi, pull-throughs, as well as back in slots. We accommodate for fully equipped Recreational Vehicles. We have two ponds for catch and release fishing, picnic tables, a dog park, a small community garden, walking paths, a horseshoe pit, and corn hole. However, there are no Central Toilet/Shower Facilities. Coming soon we will have a pavilion perfect for family gatherings and other events.
